Of course. We are affiliated with Trusted Shops,Thuiswinkel Waarborg and various payment platforms and handle your data securely. Would you rather order from a larger platform? Our products are also for sale via Bol.com (Netherlands / Belgium) and Amazon (all over Europe). However, these platforms charge a service fee, which means that the price is slightly higher there than on our own website.
Order before 4:00 PM on a business day? We ship your order the same day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (track & trace). If your order can fit in a mailbox, we will ship it as a mailbox parcel, so you do not need to be present for delivery (applies only in the Netherlands).
For several European countries, we also offer express delivery via UPS. For certain specific, large, and/or heavy products, international shipping costs may vary. The exact costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
If you are absent and the order cannot be delivered to your mailbox, the carrier will attempt to leave it with a neighbor. If this is not possible, you can pick up your order at a local pickup point.
Do you decide within 14 days that you are not satisfied with your order for any reason? Then you can return your order. You pay the shipping costs for this yourself. For more information, please visit on our returns page.
