Specifications of the different Samsung S25 models

  • S25 Plus

    • Screen size: 6.7 inch
    • Camera: 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra wide angle lens, 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
    • Battery: 4900 mAh

  • S25 Ultra

    • Screen size: 6.9 inch
    • Camera: 200MP main camera, 12MP ultra wide angle lens, 10MP periscope lens with 10x optical zoom, 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
    • Battery: 5000 mAh

As usual, the Samsung S25 comes in three different variants: the S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra. Each of these models offers different specs at different price points. Other than these specs, the models are generally similar. All models come with Android 15, are IP68 certified, and are powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. They also all have 12GB of RAM.

Additionally, Samsung has released a new technology in their phones, making the battery life of the S25 series the longest battery life yet. They indicate that you can watch videos for 29, 30 and 31 hours with the S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra.

What is the difference between the S25 and the S24?


The S25 has, among other things, a faster processor with more processor cores. This allows the phone to handle more tasks simultaneously and does so faster. There is a difference between the cameras between the S24 and S24 Ultra. The S25 Ultra has a new 50MP Wide-angle lens, which had 12MP on the S24 Ultra. In addition, the video playback time has increased by 1 hour.

The S25 will also run on Android 15 right away, while the S24 will continue to run on Android 14 for now. The Samsung Galaxy S24 will also receive the Android 15 update.

In addition to these adjustments, there are a number of smaller changes that are less noteworthy. Such as a slightly rounder design or a 0.1 inch increase in screen size. We can conclude that very little has changed. The emphasis is mainly on new AI features, but the S24 series also receives these.

Galaxy AI.

From now on, almost every smartphone release will have an AI function. It is a real hype. For example, Apple added Apple Intelligence to the iPhone. Samsung obviously cannot lag behind in this area, which is why Samsung developed Galaxy AI.
Galaxy AI. is of course available on the new S25 series, but will also be available on the S24 series, S23 FE, Flip 6, Fold 6 and Tab S9 models.

Galaxy AI. makes a nice highlight video that you can put on Instagram almost immediately. This saves you a lot of time with editing. Of course, a human check is still necessary.
