As an E-commerce Automation & AI Specialist at MOJOGEAR, you'll ensure our online growth is as smart and scalable as possible. You'll be the one who thinks, "Surely this can be done more easily?" and then actually automates it.

You'll work in a small, close-knit team where everyone wears multiple hats. Depending on your profile and interests, we can broaden the role, for example, by adding more e-commerce and online marketing tasks.

We supply videographers, TikTok users, photographers, vloggers, YouTubers, and journalists through our online store and marketplaces. We also have a business division that partners with large companies and retailers.

What are you going to do?

• You build smart workflows in n8n and other platforms for orders, email flows, reporting and internal processes.
• You work with APIs from Shopify, marketplaces, Exact Online, Picqer, Airtable and other systems.
• You use AI as a practical super tool to improve our processes, content and communication.
• You delve into data and reports, spot bottlenecks and think: "How can we automate this?" or "Which AI solution is suitable here?"
• You ensure that automations run stably, consider safety and compartmentalization, build in notifications/alerts and consider "what if" scenarios.
• You optimize content and campaigns in the webshop and on online platforms, so that our brands can continue to grow.

We'll divide the tasks within the team based on your expertise and interests (automation, data, AI, e-commerce, strategy). This allows you to focus on what you enjoy most.

• You will contribute to and implement our webshop and brand strategy.
• You manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok, among others.
• You are co-responsible for further internationalizing the webshop.
• You develop and implement online marketing campaigns.
• You add new products and optimize content in the webshop and on online platforms, so that our brands continue to grow.
• You will think about and be responsible for the use of AI as an online marketing tool.
• You actively contribute to our automations (including n8n and various AI models) and play a key role in setting up, testing and improving them.

• Together with a colleague, you ensure that the appearance of our webshop matches our branding and remains conversion-oriented.
