Magnetically attaches and connects directly to your smartphone

With the strong magnetic attachment, you can quickly place the selfie vlog monitor on your smartphone. The monitor is compatible with virtually all smartphones, with the exception of Google Pixel, as long as your device or case is magnetic.

Wireless screen mirroring displays the camera image on the monitor in real time. This way, you see exactly what you are recording, without noticeable delay and with perfect framing. Ideal for vlogs, livestreams, and taking selfies where control is essential.

Film with the superior rear camera

With the VS4 vlog monitor, you use the main camera on the back of your phone for all your recordings. This camera typically offers a much higher resolution and better low-light performance than the selfie camera. By mirroring your screen onto the monitor, you get a perfect view of your recording and can easily determine the frame. This results in more professional videos with noticeably better image quality.

Please note: When filming in 4K 30FPS/60FPS with iPhone (does NOT apply to Android), a slight connection delay may occur. For fully smooth playback, use the Blackmagic Camera App (see manual).

Operation via touchscreen

The monitor features a bright 3.97-inch IPS screen with touchscreen functionality. This allows you to adjust settings and navigate directly on the screen, just like on your smartphone. The IPS technology ensures a wide viewing angle and vibrant colors, so you always have a good and clear view of what you are filming.

The included Bluetooth remote control gives you the freedom to start and stop your recordings from a distance. In addition to taking photos and videos, you can also use the remote to zoom in and out and switch between different camera modes. This is ideal when your phone is on a tripod and you don't need to constantly touch the screen.

Easily rotate the image 180° with a single press of the rotation button on the side. This feature is designed for use with the camera app and is not guaranteed with other apps, although it may work there in some situations.

Play sound directly

Thanks to the built-in speaker, you can watch recorded videos directly on the monitor with sound. This is useful for checking on the spot whether the audio has been recorded properly. You do not need to transfer the footage to another device first to assess the result.
