All prices mentioned include VAT. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button for a product to add the product to your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart and place your order via the shopping cart button at the top right.

Shipping

If you order before 4:00 PM on workdays, we will ship your order the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information. If the order fits through the letterbox and has to be sent to an address in the Netherlands, we will send the shipment as a letterbox package so that you do not have to be at home to receive it.

  • Netherlands: free shipping / ordered before 4:00 PM on workdays, delivered the next day (via PostNL or DHL)
  • Belgium & Germany: €2.99 / 1 to 3 days delivery time
  • Other Europe: €4.99 / 2 to 10 working days delivery time
  • Outside Europe: €7.99 / 7 to 21 working days

We also offer Express delivery for a number of European countries. For specific large and/or heavy products, international shipping costs may vary.

If you are not at home and your order does not fit through the letterbox, the delivery person will try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If that doesn't work, you can pick up the order at a collection point.

Returns & exchanges

Let us know about your return

It can of course happen that you have changed your mind and do not want to keep an ordered product. Or you have an alternative product from us in mind. If you want to exchange or cancel a product, you will find all important information below.

You can revoke the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order. In that case, we would appreciate it if you would email us at support@mojogear.eu with the details of your order. You may also use the European model withdrawal form for your withdrawal or let us know in another way that you want to cancel the purchase.

Make sure your package is properly packaged, for example in the box you received it in. If you cannot print the returns form, clearly write your name and order number on the box.

Return costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal (within 14 days), the return shipping costs are at your own expense. Send your return to us with sufficient postage. Sometimes you can send the package as a letterbox package.

Is your product defective and is it covered by the warranty? We will then bear the shipping costs. See also ' Warranty '.

Refund

As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive the purchase amount (including any shipping costs) back as soon as possible. This takes a maximum of 14 days after the cancellation notification, but it usually goes (much) faster. We can process and refund your order once we have received the products, or if you prove that you have sent the order.

We will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used to pay for the original order.

Conditions

Do you want to exchange or return something? The item must be in new and undamaged condition. It must be returned in the original packaging if reasonably possible. Products with signs of use cannot be exchanged. You may of course take an item out of the packaging to examine it and see how it works. If you return a damaged product, we cannot refund the (entire) purchase price. After revoking the purchase agreement, you have 14 days to return your order to us. You are not obliged to register your return in advance (but we would really appreciate it).

Warranty

All products in our webshop (both MOJOGEAR and other brands) come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. Are you having problems with a product? Send us an e-mail or use the contact form. We are happy to solve it for you.

Apart from the manufacturer’s warranty, the legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

We like to make it easy for you and therefore try to offer everyone’s favorite payment method. For this we are affiliated with the well-known and reliable payment platform ‘Stripe’.

What is MOJOGEAR?

MOJOGEAR is a Dutch brand specializing in smartphone accessories. We offer high quality products for a fair price. We’re very close with our production facility, where our products are handled with care, as well as our people.

Is it safe to order via this website?

Of course. We are affiliated with Trusted Shops,Thuiswinkel Waarborg and various payment platforms and handle your data securely. Would you rather order from a larger platform? Our products are also for sale via Bol.com (Netherlands / Belgium) and Amazon  (all over Europe). However, these platforms charge a service fee, which means that the price is slightly higher there than on our own website.

How long will shipping take?

If you order on business days before 4:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information. If the order fits through the letterbox, we will send the shipment as a letterbox package so that you do not have to be at home for the receipt.

What if I changed my mind?

If you want to order larger quantities, for example for your organization or as a promotional gift, we are happy to help with a customized quote. Send us an email with your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

Of course, you will receive it via email. If you need specific information on the invoice that is not included as standard, please let us know.

What if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us via the contact form, e-mail, WhatsApp or telephone. We will do our utmost to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. You will receive a substantive response within three working days, but usually within a few hours.

Do you disagree with the solution or can we not reach an agreement together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
