USB-C chargers are becoming the standard for charging various devices, such as phones, tablets and laptops. These chargers are widely applicable and can be used for brands such as iPhone, Samsung, Huawei and more. A big advantage of USB-C chargers is the fast charging time, with some devices being fully charged in 10 minutes. It is important to pay attention to the required power when purchasing, depending on the device.
Nearly all modern phones and gadgets now feature a USB-C port, which is quickly becoming the universal standard. This means you can use a single USB-C charger for almost all your devices, making a USB-C charging cable an essential accessory. This is especially true now that the latest iPhone models have also switched to USB-C, a change driven by new European standards. From 2026, a wide range of electronic devices, including phones, tablets, headphones, and cameras, will need to use this connection. This means even more of your gadgets will soon use a USB-C charger. A USB-C charger can be used as an iPhone charger and also as a Samsung charger. USB-C chargers are incredibly versatile; they work with almost every brand, including Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo, and Motorola.
Most USB-C chargers support fast charging. This capability depends mainly on the power, or wattage, the USB-C charger can deliver. MOJOGEAR's USB-C fast chargers are powerful enough to quickly charge any smartphone, thanks to their high outputs of 65 or 140 watts. With this much power, your smartphone could be fully charged in a very short time. As most devices won't use the full wattage available, you can even fast-charge several gadgets at the same time.
Besides faster charging speeds, USB-C chargers offer other practical benefits. The connector is symmetrical, which means you'll never have to flip it over two or three times to plug it in correctly. It just fits, first time, every time.
Because almost all electronic gadgets now come with a USB-C connection, you can use your USB-C charger to power a wide variety of devices. Think of your smartphone, smartwatch, laptop, or headphones.
From the iPhone 15 onwards, all new iPhones will come with a USB-C port. This change allows you to charge your iPhone at up to 30W, meaning the newer models will charge faster than ever. The USB-C chargers from MOJOGEAR are perfectly suited for this. If you have an older iPhone, you'll still need a Lightning connection. For this, you can use the MOJOGEAR Apple Lightning to USB-C cable, which can be paired with the MOJOGEAR Charge+ charger.
Many laptops are now also charged via USB-C, and with the new standards, this number is only set to increase. If your laptop charger is broken and you need a replacement, MOJOGEAR fast chargers are also suitable for powering laptops. Only have one plug socket to charge multiple devices? MOJOGEAR chargers have several outputs, allowing you to quickly charge multiple gadgets from a single socket.
To fast-charge a MacBook, you might need a very high wattage. For the MacBook Pro 16", for example, you need a 140W charger. This will allow you to charge your MacBook up to 50% in just 30 minutes. The MOJOGEAR Charge+ 140 Watt charger is ideal for this. You can also use this charger for MacBooks that require less power. It is completely safe to use a USB-C charger with more wattage than your laptop needs. The benefit is that you'll have enough power left over to fast-charge other devices at the same time, like your iPhone and MacBook.
To quickly charge your HP business laptop, you'll need a maximum of 100 watts. This doesn't apply to all HP laptops, however, as their gaming laptops require a higher wattage to charge quickly. An HP Omen laptop, for instance, needs a 240-watt power supply. For all business and office laptops, 100 watts is sufficient. The MOJOGEAR Charge+ 140 Watt charger is therefore also suitable for these models. While charging your HP laptop, you'll even have power to spare to fast-charge your phone. In general, the MOJOGEAR Charge+ 140 Watt charger is suitable for all laptops, except for those with a powerful graphics card, which demands more power than a 140-watt charger can provide.
The following laptop brands can also be fast-charged with our MOJOGEAR Charge+ 140 watt, as long as they don't have a graphics card:
The most important thing to check when buying a USB-C charger is, of course, whether your phone, laptop, or other device actually has a USB-C port. Additionally, different chargers offer different wattages. It's important to make sure your charger can provide enough power to actually fast-charge your device. A Google Pixel charger, for instance, may require 30W. However, you don't need to worry about whether your device can handle the power. Modern electronic devices with a USB-C port can regulate the incoming power themselves, so you can't accidentally damage your battery.
